De Minneburcht' is een allegorisch gedicht uit het Gruuthuse handschrift waarmee Mensurabilis de roots van het straattheater opzoekt.  Naast de teksten is er in het manuscript ook muzieknotatie verwerkt.

'De Minneburcht' is an allegoric poem from the Gruuthuse manuscript.  Mensurabilis goes to the roots of street theatre.  Both text and music notation are included in the manuscript.

Fragmenten in de originele taal worden afgewisselt met samenvattende intermezzo's in Middelnederlandse stijl.

Sections in the original language (medieval Dutch) are alternated with summarizing interludes.
